GUIDELINES FOR REPAIR-
1. Repairs are offered for purchases within a 90 day window. Enter your order number or email address in the box below.
2. We will repair your exact order. We can not change sizes, customization or styles for a repair.
3. For necklaces- the chain/charm(s) must be included when sending back to us. For bracelets- 50% of the beads must be included. The link bead must be included when shipped back.
4. This purchase covers return shipping only ($3.99) once it is repaired. You are responsible for shipping to us. Shipping to us must include tracking.
5. The information provided at checkout will be the address, email, & phone number used to contact you and return your item(s) back unless provided differently in additional notes at checkout.
After you have completed the repair purchase, please email a photo of your damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your email and confirm you meet our repair guidelines we will reach out via email with an address for you to ship your item(s) to. You must provide a tracking number once you ship your item(s) back. *If you do not see an email after purchase, please check your junk/promotion mail folder.
You will have two weeks after completing your purchase to send in your repair. If after two weeks we have not received your repair and/or tracking info, we will issue you a refund for your repair shipping cost.
