April's reminder of gratitude!
Every morning I write down three things I’m thankful for that day.
A friend of mine told me they did this every morning after getting out of the routine of waking up and checking social media right away, so I thought I’d try it too. I started doing this a couple years ago and I started to notice such a positive shift in my mornings which then carried on to my afternoons. Practicing gratitude shifted my energy in how I started my day. Even on tough days there are things to be thankful for; things that are usually overlooked and taken for granted. I encourage you to try this simple, yet positive routine.
