My name is Brandi. A few years ago I realized I wasn’t enjoying life. I almost felt as though I was endlessly spinning on a hamster wheel. I was stuck. I was married and had 2 beautiful children. I knew I was blessed, however, I couldn’t seem to find full happiness. After seeking professional guidance, I was advised to spend time each day practicing gratitude and to write down three things everyday for which I was grateful. This simple, yet necessary act changed my life in big ways so I wanted to share. It allowed me to see things I had never noticed. I started to see my exact same life in a different light. I discovered how much joy and wonder there was in the world that was right under my nose. Sure, I have bad days, but through the art of gratitude, I suddenly found myself lifted out of my rut and celebrating life.
